The interactive narrative Better not best is part of an pedagogical itinerary that aims to instill values of solidarity and camaraderie among players in a relaxed and effective manner while rejecting prejudiced or discriminatory behaviors. The fundamental objective for the participant is to integrate diverse personalities, strategies, and skills to achieve a common goal, balancing empathy for each colleague with the team’s improvement. Depending on the actions chosen, the participant is rewarded or penalized in two areas: “empathy with the colleague” and “team performance.”
